# IMOS Live chat

## After installing IMOS in your website, a chat widget will be available on your website through which you can talk to your visitors or clients.

Whenever someone visits your website a chat widget and welcome message will be displayed. You can customize the welcome message from IMOS dashboard.

## 2. You can see the Live chat and reply to messages from here. You can also see the PAST and chat history too.

## 3. Click on the 3 dots on right corner of chat window to see more details of visitors/clients you can also add internal notes etc.

## How to disable chat from website?

From top right corner. Click on the Available button and choose - **No Chat** to disable chat widget from your website.
