IMOS Live chat

After installing IMOS in your website, a chat widget will be available on your website through which you can talk to your visitors or clients.

Whenever someone visits your website a chat widget and welcome message will be displayed. You can customize the welcome message from IMOS dashboard.

2. You can see the Live chat and reply to messages from here. You can also see the PAST and chat history too.

3. Click on the 3 dots on right corner of chat window to see more details of visitors/clients you can also add internal notes etc.

How to disable chat from website?

From top right corner. Click on the Available button and choose - No Chat to disable chat widget from your website.
