# How to add and configure built in Contact Forms

## Add a form in your website by clicking on add a New Section Button (Large Blue colored + icon)

### 2. Select the Design of Forms from available designs

### 3. To receive the submitted forms on your email and display a Thank You message on submission, follow the below mentioned steps-

a. Click on the form and choose - Form settings

## 4. Add your Email and Thank you message and click SAVE

### 5. Click on the Publish button to save the changes on your Live website.

## How to add more fields in forms?

### 1. Click on the any form field and then click on + icon&#x20;

### 2. Now choose Field from element list&#x20;

### 3. A field will be added to your Form, you can click on that Field for further customization.&#x20;

### Click on the Field and then choose Edit Field.&#x20;

### 4.  You can change the Field option from Name to message, phone, date or even multiple options. Click on Save button after making the changes and then click on the pUblish button to make the change live on your website.&#x20;
